Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction.

Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Assistant, perform maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local codes and regulations.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly facilities and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems as needed.
