Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to maintain the clubhouse and units across our communities. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs to meet company standards and ensure resident comfort.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, coordinating with contractors, and upholding safety policies. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of hands-on maintenance experience are required.
• Experience in multi-family property maintenance preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet motor vehicle policy standards.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measurements and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance needs of the community to meet company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and collect data for submission.
• Handle work orders and prioritize customer service requests.
• Inspect daily grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors as needed.
• Move-in readiness tasks including painting and cleaning.
• Operate and care for tools, equipment, and vehicles.
