Job summary

StoneRidge in Mystic, CT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for the independent living and assisted living facilities. Under supervision, you will perform routine servicing, upgrades, and seasonal repairs, including minor plumbing and electrical work.

The role offers a stable full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay of $22–$24, and a benefits package with holidays, retirement plan, and paid time off. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school education (Diploma or GED) required.
• Valid Driver License with ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Familiarity with tablets, computers, and electronic work order system.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance duties (plumbing, carpentry, electrical work)
• Performs routine preventive maintenance and repairs
• Cover security shifts as needed
• Assist with snow removal
• Operate low speed vehicles to transport equipment on grounds
