Job summary

Waterstone on High Ridge in Stamford, CT is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team. This is a full-time position from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call hours and flexible hours.

You will maintain grounds, facilities and equipment in a safe, efficient manner, following policies and working under the Director of Building Services. English is required, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry required; painting is a plus.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow established policies, procedures and regulations; may be directed by the Director of Building Services.
