Job summary

StoneRidge Retirement Living Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold the care and safety of our facilities. You will operate a range of grounds equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and manage work orders for resident spaces and common areas.

You will participate in on-call rotations and assist with life safety and emergency drills, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate lawn equipment including string trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, zero turn mowers, tractors/loaders.
• Haul trailers and equipment.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as edging, weeding, spraying, trimming, and raking.
• Pressure wash walkways, cottages, patios, etc.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work orders for facilities and equipment.
