Job summary

Pinnacle Living’s Cedarfield community in Virginia is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain the physical plant, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades. This role supports a senior living environment with emphasis on safety, reliability, and resident comfort.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum three years of building and equipment maintenance experience.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, or repair building features per policy and practice.
• Perform skilled trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) and help with preventive maintenance.
• Assist other maintenance staff to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment, report needs, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures.
