Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to support our Salem community. The role involves preparing move-in ready apartments, completing repairs, and performing routine preventive maintenance to uphold our standards.

Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience, basic carpentry/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage work orders and safety procedures. This on-site role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. to be considered.
• Three years of multi-family property maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements for calculations and estimates.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and proper use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare move-in ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Manage all maintenance needs to meet company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and data collection tasks.
• Handle work orders and prioritize customer service requests.
• Conduct daily property inspections and keep grounds/areas clean.
• Coordinate with contractors as needed and maintain tool/equipment care.
