Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Salem, Oregon is looking for a Maintenance Worker to manage all maintenance needs in the community. The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

You'll assist in preparing apartments for residents and ensure compliance with safety standards. A competitive wage of $19.00/hr to $22.80/hr based on experience is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or heights up to 9 feet.
• Familiarity with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare move-in ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Manage maintenance needs ensuring community meets company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor mechanical equipment.
