Axis Residential is seeking a dedicated cleaner for Affinity at Bend, a 62+ active adult community. You will maintain the cleanliness of the community, including offices, amenity spaces, and pool areas, while building rapport with residents.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and strong English communication. Hours may include evenings and weekends, with competitive pay and benefits offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• English speaking/writing proficiency required.
• Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
• Clean vacant apartment homes after each move out.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist in removing debris from outdoor spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas.
• Follow company policies and Fair Housing laws.
