Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/schematics.
• Basic HVAC thermostat understanding.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing for the facility.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance systems as needed.
• Complete apartment turnovers and minor repairs during turnover cycles.
• Maintain pools, koi ponds, and water features.
• Provide customer service to residents and communicate clearly.
