Qualifications

• Minimum 10th-grade education required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility and equipment in safe, efficient condition.
• Follow maintenance schedules and report incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services for routine tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC as assigned.
