Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, is hiring a maintenance technician to upkeep and repair the community facilities.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments, performing preventive maintenance, and handling repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and cleaning tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma and hands-on maintenance experience; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. required.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions to meet goals.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to drive company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing all move in ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Manage all maintenance needs to meet the company’s standards and ensure safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance and data collection, inspections, and reporting.
• Handle work orders, prioritize requests, and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, systems, and supplies across the community.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
