Holiday by Atria in Portland, ME is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our community by performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and housing readiness tasks. You will manage work orders, assist with move-in readiness, and uphold safety standards in collaboration with the property team.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of hands-on maintenance in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. required.
• Three years of multi-family property management or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing move-in ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs).
• Manage maintenance needs to meet company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and data collection.
• Handle service requests via work order system and prioritize tasks.
