Job summary

Brightondale Senior Living, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with turnover, and work with the director to meet annual goals.

Preferred is 1-2 years in senior housing maintenance or as a handyman; a high school diploma or GED is required. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing maintenance or as a handyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant and grounds diligently.
• Collaborate with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies.
• Turn around apartments for showing and renting to residents.
• Communicate scheduled maintenance proactively.
• Assist the department director with assigned tasks.
