Brightondale Senior Living, part of the Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diligently maintain the physical plant and grounds in Minnesota. This full-time role offers daytime hours and on-call rotation, with competitive pay of $21-$25 per hour.

You will collaborate with the Director to set annual goals, help turn around apartments for showings, and communicate scheduled maintenance. A high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years in senior housing maintenance are preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in diligently maintaining the physical plan and grounds
• Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them
• Work to turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents
• Actively communicate scheduled maintenance
• Assist the department directorwith tasks as assigned

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
