Brightondale Senior Living, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain our senior living campus and support ongoing operations. The role offers daytime hours with on-call rotation and a competitive hourly wage of $21–$25.

Responsibilities include maintaining the physical plant, coordinating with the Director on annual goals, and preparing apartments for showing to prospective residents. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in senior housing maintenance or as a handyman preferred.
