Job summary

Brightondale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property and support daily operations. The role collaborates with the Director to meet annual goals and to prepare apartments for showing to prospective residents.

You will communicate schedules and assist with various maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. The position offers daytime hours (8:30am–5:00pm) with on-call rotation and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing maintenance or as a handyman preferred.
