Job summary

Brightondale Senior Living (a Silvercrest Community) is hiring a Maintenance Technician. This full-time role offers daytime hours (8:30am – 5:00pm) and the opportunity to maintain the living environment for residents, alongside a supportive team and on-call rotation as needed.

You will work with the director to set goals, maintain the property, and assist with turnover of apartments for showings. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Senior Housing maintenance or as a handyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant and grounds.
• Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies.
• Turn around apartments for showing and renting to residents.
• Communicate scheduled maintenance.
• Assist the department director with tasks as assigned.
