Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for College Creek Apartments, a 164-unit family community in Santa Rosa, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is a non-exempt, Monday–Friday position with occasional overtime.

You will supervise the maintenance team, manage work orders in an electronic system, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and unit turns.

The position pays $33 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in an apartment setting.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and completes work orders promptly.
• Supervises and supports maintenance team members and ensures curb appeal.
• Escalates major repairs to the Community Manager.
• Maintains safety standards and compliance with EPA/OSHA and Fair Housing laws.
• Keeps equipment, lighting, and utility services in good condition.
• Coordinates with third‑party vendors for specialized tasks and unit turns.
