Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Vintage Hills, a 200-unit Senior Community in Reno, NV. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional overtime and on-call maintenance emergencies.

Salary ranges from $29 to $31 per hour, and an on-site 2-bedroom apartment is provided at no charge. Candidate must reside at the community per policy and be able to manage maintenance teams effectively.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Nevada applicants hired for a Senior Community must present a Nevada Work Permit/Sherriff's Card.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and is responsible for timely completion of work orders using an electronic system.
• Supervises, trains and supports maintenance team members in property maintenance and curb appeal.
• Ensures major repairs are brought to the Community Manager in a timely manner.
• Adapts to changes and balances independent work with team collaboration.
• Maintains safety standards and adheres to laws pertaining to apartments.
