Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a brand new 145-unit family community in Sacramento, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime or on-call maintenance emergencies.

The position offers a competitive hourly salary of $31–$33, with on-site housing considered. A on-site 2-bedroom apartment may be provided at no charge to meet on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and ensures timely completion of work orders.
• Supervises, trains and supports maintenance team members in property maintenance and curb appeal.
• Ensures major repairs are reported to the Community Manager and addressed promptly.
• Maintains safety standards and ensures compliance with housing and EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Schedules and conducts periodic maintenance walks and apartment inspections.
• Coordinates with third-party vendors as directed by the Community Manager.
