Ideal candidates will have prior maintenance supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state and local codes.
• Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition and ensure it is in good repair and free from hazards.
