Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our senior care facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will support the maintenance department to ensure compliance with codes and provide a sanitary, attractive environment for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is highly preferred. A professional image and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior maintenance in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance department activities to ensure environmental compliance with regulations.
• Maintain facility to keep it sanitary, attractive and orderly; in good repair.
• Address hazards in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
