Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Bridle Brook Assisted Living with part-time hours. You will perform maintenance tasks to ensure safety and environmental compliance, and keep the facility sanitary, attractive, and in good repair.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior LTC/SNF/AL maintenance experience, and strong communication. Join our team and help maintain a comfortable home for residents.

Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes.
• You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
