You will ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment while coordinating with departments to meet resident needs. The role requires English fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience with housekeeping equipment and infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Experience operating housekeeping equipment and ensuring environmental safety.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and maintaining housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services.
• Coordinate activities with related departments as directed by supervisors.
• Inspect storage rooms, linen closets, and all areas of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.
• Identify and classify routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks for compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment with adequate supplies and equipment.
• Develop and enforce infection control, waste disposal, and Universal Precautions policies.
• Ensure staff follow safety rules, fire procedures, and departmental policies.
• Conduct periodic inspections of supplies and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Protect residents' confidentiality and rights while performing duties.
• Assist in training and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance personnel.
