Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Community’s upkeep, HVAC systems, and emergency services. You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and transportation, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the campus.

The role requires four years of maintenance supervision experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong leadership. You will develop preventative programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to maintain facilities at peak condition.

Qualifications

• Four years maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing and related repair.
• Experience with electrical systems, phone systems, fire panels, emergency response systems and disaster preparedness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provides leadership by exhibiting confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets of the Community.
• Oversees housekeeping, laundry and transportation services according to policy.
• Manages total operation and maintenance of the campus and supervises building upkeep to high standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates contracts for maintenance services.
• Conducts apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
• Plans and leads preventative maintenance programs and work order systems.
• Manages staffing and scheduling for maintenance and related operations.
• Monitors vehicle maintenance and safety for passenger transportation.
