Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our community facilities, grounds, security and mechanical systems. You will lead housekeeping, laundry and transportation operations in compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires HVAC experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering cost-effective maintenance solutions and high-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required; degree in related field preferred.
• Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing and related repair.
• Experience with electrical systems, phone systems, fire panels, emergency response systems and disaster preparedness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provides leadership by exhibiting confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Executes housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per community policy.
• Oversees total operation and maintenance of campus and high construction standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts.
• Conducts apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
• Responds to maintenance emergencies after hours as needed.
• Implements preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Plans and leads housekeeping and laundry operations in compliance with laws.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and plans actions for deficiencies.
• Submits monthly expenses and budget data on time.
• Staffs and schedules team members per guidelines.
• Ensures vehicles are maintained and safety inspections are up to date.
• Oversees safe and timely passenger transportation within the community.
