Maple Hill Senior Living in Monmouth, IL is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and laundry teams across the community, ensuring safety, sanitary conditions and regulatory compliance. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate repairs, and uphold a safe, attractive environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a maintenance supervisory role in LTC/SNF/AL settings, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.
