You will supervise maintenance tasks, ensure safe and attractive surroundings, and oversee essential systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to support resident well-being.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and a hands-on approach to keep the community in top condition while providing quality laundry

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of prior maintenance supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance department activities to ensure sanitary, attractive, and safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and building codes; oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
