Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Director for The Residence at Natick South to lead the maintenance team and protect resident safety.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, respond to repairs, coordinate with outside vendors, and ensure building systems meet applicable codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance functions and techniques.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and local fire codes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Four or more years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare.
• HVAC certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Oversees maintenance and housekeeping staffing and schedules.
• Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance programs.
• Manages outside vendors and bids for maintenance contracts.
• Ensures safety compliance and adherence to procedures.
