Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Director at The Residence at Watertown Square in Watertown, MA. This full-time role oversees the maintenance department, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with outside contractors to maintain property and grounds.

You will lead a team, schedule preventative maintenance, manage inventories, and support the safety program while working within budgetary constraints to meet resident and staff needs.

Qualifications

• Four or more years maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Oversee maintenance department within budget and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance of residence property and grounds; manage outside vendors.
