Job summary

The Residence at Natick South in Natick, MA seeks a seasoned maintenance leader to assist the Executive Director in managing the community’s facility operations. You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams, coordinate with outside vendors, enforce safety, maintain budgets, and implement preventive maintenance to keep the building safe, clean, and resident-ready.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance skills, and a commitment to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance functions and OSHA standards.
• Ability to organize and manage maintenance needs with outside vendors.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least four years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare.
• HVAC certificate and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Grow community occupancy by engaging with potential residents and families.
• Oversee maintenance department within budgetary guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance of residence property and grounds.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff and develop preventive maintenance.
