Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• HVAC certificate is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Manage maintenance department within budget and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance of residence, grounds, and building systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Supervise and schedule housekeeping and laundry staff; establish preventive maintenance schedules.
