All American Assisted Living at Wrentham is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance, safety, and the physical condition of our assisted living and memory care community in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The role manages day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or multi-family properties preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance programs and external vendors.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and leadership.
• Ability to prioritize urgent safety concerns and manage budgets.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and electronic work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair needs of the community.
• Coordinate routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and prioritize work orders.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and ensure quality and timeliness of work.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all systems.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and mechanical rooms for maintenance concerns.
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage inventory and budgets.
