HallKeen Assisted Living Communities in Watertown, MA seeks a Maintenance Director to plan and supervise the physical plant and maintenance teams, ensuring safety and compliance with policies and regulations.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and routine repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, manage resident service requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and security staff.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Able to read and write in English; clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and manage supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff and security staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and company policies.
• Oversee turn-key tasks to prepare vacant units.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues promptly.
