Silver Birch Living, Terre Haute, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming community. You will manage vendor relationships, monitor spaces, and respond to resident and team requests.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two+ years in facilities maintenance, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Flexible shifts and on-call rotation are needed; senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Senior living experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and active insurance.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations to support a safe, clean, and welcoming community.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services to meet community needs.
• Monitor the condition of community spaces and address maintenance and housekeeping needs.
• Respond to resident and team member requests with timely, courteous service.
• Collaborate with community leadership to keep the community in exceptional condition.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to maintenance needs as they arise.
