Heritage Woods of Greenbriar in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community maintenance program and team. You will ensure safe, compliant environments and manage repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong leadership and communication skills, with preference for senior living experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in HVAC and/or electrical systems.
• Senior living experience preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee the maintenance program and ensure safety/compliance in resident areas.
• Lead, train, schedule, and mentor the maintenance team.
• Repair, replace, or install minor equipment and controls.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
