This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating on-call coverage, managing service contracts, guiding a collaborative team, and driving exceptional service, comfort, and purposeful living for our residents.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with facilities maintenance.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and active auto insurance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance and housekeeping at the Silver Birch community.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Ensure the community remains in exceptional condition.
• Provide leadership that inspires residents toward purposeful living.
