Job summary

Cardinal Senior Living LLC seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Director for The Gables of Green in Uniontown, OH. You will oversee building maintenance, grounds, safety compliance, HVAC and equipment, and on-call responses to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.

Requirements include 3+ years in maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver''s license, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare, assisted living, long-term care, or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and power tools.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds in good repair and safe condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for facility systems.
• Prepare and restore resident rooms after move-outs, including painting and repairs.
• Order maintenance supplies and manage inventory.
• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance (PA DHS, OSHA, etc.).
• Participate in on-call maintenance emergencies after hours.
