Job summary

The Gables of Green, a Cardinal Senior Living community in Green, Ohio, is seeking a Sales Director to own the full sales process from inquiry to move-in. You will build relationships with prospective residents, families, hospitals, physicians, and community partners to drive occupancy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or admissions, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, admissions, marketing, or highly relationship‑driven roles (as stated).
