Qualificações

• Education as stated: High School diploma or GED with supervisory background.
• Experience leading housekeeping, laundry and maintenance teams is required.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry Services.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and maintain records.
• Coordinate tasks and prioritize work orders for safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire codes and building regulations.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies as needed.
