Job summary

Cascadia Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead and coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety testing across our communities. The role ensures a safe, clean, and home-like environment for residents and staff while managing field staff and vendor relationships.

The position requires 3–5 years in maintenance with budgeting experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to senior care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; state regulation may apply.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience in building maintenance or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate repairs and physical maintenance for the building.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and testing of safety systems.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate outside vendors as needed.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish after move-out.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a resident-friendly environment.
