Responsabilités

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Prepare resident rooms and common areas for occupancy with cleaning and touch-up work.
• Conduct daily inspections of building exteriors, grounds and supply areas.
• Maintain maintenance records, manage budgets and inventory.
