Bridge Senior Living is seeking a Detail Oriented Maintenance Director to lead all maintenance and housekeeping efforts in a senior living environment. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while upholding high quality and safety in the community.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• At least 3 years work experience as a Maintenance in the senior living, hospitality industry or multi-family.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees maintenance and housekeeping functions per federal, state, and local standards.
• Monitor status of building and grounds; plan maintenance, repairs, supplies, and equipment.
• Administer the Property/Community Risk Management Procedure Plan.
• Direct staff project assignments within budget and on schedule, adhering to quality and safety.
• Develop and monitor departmental budget, forecasts and staffing plan.
• Coordinate services with other Resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate maintenance, housekeeping and safety activities in compliance with rules.
