Job summary

The United Group of Companies, Inc., a long-standing developer and manager of communities, seeks a Lifestyle Coordinator for Hamilton Parc in Guilderland, NY. This full-time, non-exempt role supports resident programs, planning, and logistics, with driving duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years event planning experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with some evenings or weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years event planning experience, preferably in residential property management and 55+ market.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and coordinate resident activities for SUN® program within budget.
• Plan, organize, lead and supervise crafts, games, sports, and cultural activities.
• Create and distribute calendars, fliers, newsletters for residents; communicate with management.
• Monitor supplies, arrange refreshments, document activities and outcomes.
• Transport residents as needed using company vehicle; drive experience required if driving role.
