Job summary

The United Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Coordinator for Hearthstone Village in Latham, NY. You will plan resident programs, manage activities, and coordinate communications to engage residents in a vibrant active-adult community.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus 1–2 years in event planning; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Canva is preferred. Position offers 15–20 hours weekly, with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in event planning, preferably residential property management and in active/55+ market.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Demonstrates integrity, strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resident programs and activities.
• Create calendars, fliers, posters, newsletters, and materials.
• Monitor supplies and arrange refreshments for activities.
• Transport residents as needed in the company vehicle.
