Life Plan community The Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, set strategic direction, and ensure an exceptional resident experience. You will partner with residents, families, employees, and leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners.
• Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations
• Monitor key operational metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to execute strategies & initiatives
• Establish a strong leadership presence and foster a culture built on trust and respect
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, employees, and partners
• Serve as a visible, engaged leader within the community & local market
• Champion the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities
• Ensure the community delivers exceptional resident experience
