Qualifikationen

• Two (2) or more years of experience in a senior care community with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
• State-required license or certification as a Life Enrichment/Activity Professional preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support Community Leadership and Life Enrichment teams in optimizing resident well-being.
• Apply critical thinking to develop approaches that enhance resident engagement.
• Oversee memory care programming and life enrichment initiatives.
• Coordinate education, training, and mentoring for Life Enrichment staff.
• Implement and monitor adoption of the memory care model.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure Life Enrichment standards are met.
