Axis Residential, a property management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Affinity at Vancouver (62+ active adult community) in Vancouver, WA. You will build rapport with prospective residents, conduct tours, and drive occupancy through relationship selling.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone/email, updating the CRM and property management software, coordinating events, and partnering with local businesses to attract residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Preferred experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lease prospects through calls, emails, walk-ins, and appointments.
• Enter accurate prospect data into the sales management system.
• Conduct individualized tours based on prospect needs and interests.
• Coordinate events and partnerships with local businesses and senior housing providers.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
