Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community seeks a dedicated lead server to provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to residents and guests. You will manage servers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen and dining staff.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and pride in presentation and service quality within a caring senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Lead Server or Server.
• Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and effectively.
• Pride in quality and presentation of food and in cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Excellent communication with a variety of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverages to residents or guests in a timely manner.
• Actively buss and reset tables.
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, dishware and equipment.
• Manage servers and utility workers as needed.
